Stable stock levels 

We haven’t underestimated how important it is to have products ready to be delivered. Garden retailers can order with the following commitments from Kelkay: 

• A minimum of 8 weeks forecast stock across all products 
• A full forecast for the year has been taken – we’ve planned for every week of the year 
• We’ve built demand into our stock model, so we’ll always have enough product to go around 

Resilient approach for the future 

Kelkay is already prepared for the full season. Currently working with 91% of aggregate and 97% of paving products in stock, Kelkay’s approach to stock forecasting has taken the entire 2024 season into account – even peak trading times.  

Investments into Kelkay’s manufacturing site in North Yorkshire continues – including projects to improve machine availability, output and productivity.
